New optoelectronic devices for the Near and Mid-Infrared spectral range open completely new possibilities for portable sensors creation. Using infrared LED-PD optopairs allows developing an instrument that is smaller, less expensive and energy-saving.

Lms43PD-03-CG-R-PA

This photodiode series cover the long wavelength spectral range up to ~4.7 µm. Ability of operation with no additional cooling enables arranging simple and inexpensive systems for CO2 detection and measuring content of other substances that have absorption bands in this range. Lms43PD-03-CG-R-PA model is characterized with high response achieved due to the special glass covering and with a built-in preamplifier that performs photocurrent amplification and conversion to voltage signal. These specificities facilitate easy and fast arrangement of the measurement system with an IR photodiode.
