LED Microsensor NT announces new TCM thermocontroller board. TCM thermocontroller is designed for control and adjustment of temperature of LMSNT light-emitting diode and photodiode models with built-in thermoelectric modules (thermocoolers).
Infrared LEDs and photodiodes for 1000-5000 nm spectral range based on InAs-GaSb-InP heterostructures and optoelectronic devices utilizing LEDs and photodiodes – a new base for sensors and analysers with low power consumption and fast response time.
